“The Tail Job” World Premiere At The Slamdance Film Festival

When Nicholas discovers his fiancé Mona has been sending text messages to a mystery man, he decides to tail her in a cab while she’s out on a supposed “girl’s night.” Unfortunately for Nicholas, his cab driver Trevor is prone to road rage and quickly loses sight of her. But Nicholas is desperate to find the truth, and Trevor is keen to keep the meter running, so they embark on a comical goose chase across Sydney, using terrible detective skills to make their way back to Mona – risking their lives while crossing paths with lowlifes, psychopaths, and Sydney’s most notorious gangster.

From Australian filmmakers Bryan Moses and Daniel Millar comes “The Tail Job,” a fast-paced and hilarious action comedy, packed with memorable characters and top-notch performances. Shot entirely in Sydney with some of Australia’s funniest comedians and featuring cameos from the country’s screen legends such as Grant Dodwell and Gary Waddell, Moses and Millar have created a Hollywood-worthy film on a miniscule budget.

“The Tail Job” stars Craig Anderson, Blair Dwyer, Laura Hughes, Kellie Clarke, Ursula Mills, and Dorje Swallow.

Co-writers and directors on the film are Bryan Moses and Daniel Millar. Laura Hughes is a co-producer, along with Moses and Millar.

“The Tail Job” will premiere at the 2016 Slamdance Film Festival in the Narrative Features category.
