Shane McGoey’s Award-Winning “People” Hits VOD Today

Loosely based on the works of Jean-Paul Sartre and Ambrose Bierce, this pitch-black comedy from first-time writer-director Shane McGoey, features six wicked vignettes and an ensemble of characters grappling with each other in a vain attempt to gain control of their lives: an unhappily married psychiatrist and his destructive patient; a lovelorn gay man and his indifferent one-night stand; a quartet of embittered friends; a disgruntled couple; and a struggling, idealistic screenwriter pitted against pompous studio executives. Their frustrated and impassioned lives intersect in surprising ways, ultimately colliding in an unexpected climax.

You can download “People” today on VOD and it is available to play on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video & Prime, and Google Play.
