Reliant Returns To Dallas To Illuminate The AT&T Performing Arts Center For The Holidays

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center today announced that its annual free holiday event, Reliant Lights Your Holidays, will take place Saturday, December 2nd. The event, which is held on the AT&T Performing Arts Center campus from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., will feature:

  • Illumination of hundreds of thousands of dazzling LED lights placed on the Center’s iconic venues and trees
  • Live performances by En Vogue and RaeLynn
  • Each will perform a selection of their hits and holiday classics and are presented by The David M. Crowley Foundation
  • Free photos with Santa
  • A fireworks display in Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park

UNIVISION 23 is the official media sponsor of Reliant Lights Your Holidays.

On the same day, Nissan’s Winter Wonderlights at Klyde Warren Park will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Activities will include:

  • Free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus
  • Holiday kids’ crafts
  • Food trucks
  • Activities and demonstrations from our Dallas arts and cultural friends and neighbors
  • Holiday music entertainment
  • Holiday show culminating with the lighting of the Klyde Warren Park Christmas tree

Following the Park’s holiday show at 5:30 p.m. and tree lighting at 6:00 p.m., Lightwire Theater’s: A Very Electric Christmas holiday characters will lead the crowd to the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Attendees are encouraged to make the five-minute walk from Klyde Warren Park to the AT&T Performing Arts Center where the Reliant Lights Your Holidays festivities will be underway.

Reliant Lights Your Holidays begins at 5:30 p.m. in Sammons Park on the AT&T Performing Arts Center campus with holiday music and food trucks. Center Café will also be open to the public.

Reliant will help flip the switch and illuminate more than 550,000-holiday lights across the Center’s campus. The lights, which will remain on throughout the holiday season, will outline the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House, the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre and trees in Elaine D. and Charles A. Sammons Park.

Reliant continues to show support of this signature holiday event, serving as the Official Energy Provider of the AT&T Performing Arts Center.

Other performances that will take place in the Arts District on December 2: Dallas Theater Center will present A Christmas Carol in the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre at 8:00 p.m., Moody Performance Hall will host The Dallas Women’s Chorus at 7:30 p.m., The Dallas Symphony Orchestra will present their Pops Concert at 7:30 p.m. in The Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and Texas Ballet Theater will present The Nutcracker in the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
